EGG DONATION

Reproductive Attorney, Dena I. Levy will counsel you with all your egg donation arrangements. Along with legal counseling unique to your situation, we:

• Review any/all existing documents and contracts
• Draft new documents/contracts
• Negotiate all contracts/documents
• Assist egg donors, individuals and couples with referrals to agencies, physicians, psychologists, estate planners, insurance agents and accountants
• Facilitate communication and correspondence between egg donors, intended parents and agencies
• Assist in coordinating administrative functions
• Provide any and all other legal services needed to establish legal rights to baby
